MARS/WRIGLEY SUPER BOWL
For years the iconic brands M&Ms, Snickers and Skittles have been teaming up for the biggest game in sports. However this incredible opportunity has the challenge of finding a role for candy at a field typically filled with wings, chips, dips, and pizza. Knowing we are playing a support-role as a snack, we set out to provide a new way of engaging with the post season and the big game on Super Bowl Sunday.
We let fans predict moments during the games to win unique branded prizes and the chance at a $100K. But we didn't just include typical game events like yardage on a play or points in a quarter. We asked the fun questions like "What teams fan will first be shown wearing face make up?" or "What color will the sports drink be that gets dumped on the winning coach?"
In the end we let candy play its position and help win for Mars/Wrigley on game-day.
